Rental Terms

Cdw: (collision damage waiver)

Total liability with maximum coverage for personal injury to third parties, including the occupants of the vehicle.
Material damage to third parties (per accident),
Personal accident cover 
crystal breakage.
24hours road assistance and accident care.
In the event of an accident with the renters fault,the renter is covered for the cost of the companys car damage, however he is obliged to pay to the maximum amount of 500euro + VAT 24% that includes the cars damage and loss of rental days.

What does not cover:
Theft of personal items that are on, or inside the vehicle.
Death or bodily harm of the company’s driver.
Damages to the bellow ,wheels and tires and the interior of the car.
Damages made by intention or by the bad or wrong use of the car (ex. Wrong fuel type,bad use of the gear box etc.)
Car theft or a part of it, or car fire.
Damages caused to the car by driving off road.

Cost: no extra cost for cdw

2) Fdw: (full damage waiver)

Total liability with maximum coverage for personal injury to third parties including the occupants of the vehicle.
Material damage to third parties (per accident)
Personal accident cover 
crystal breakage.
24hours road assistance and accident care.
The renter is fully relieved of liability for damages to the car in case of an accident even if proven to be his fault.
Fire, theft and crystal breakage insurance.

Cost: 8€ – 15€ depending on car type and days of renting

What does not cover:
theft of personal items that are on, or inside the vehicle.
Death or bodily harm of the company’s driver.
Damages to the bellow ,wheels and tires and the interior of the car.
Damages made by intention or by the bad or wrong use of the car (ex. Wrong fuel type,bad use of the gear box etc.)
Theft of the car or a part of it, that was made by intention or by a bad use of the car (ex. If the car key is forgotten inside the car or if the car is left unlocked, etc.)
Damages caused to the car by driving off road.

3) Excluded from all kind of insurances:

Damages caused to the car while it was illegaly parked.
Damages to the companys car or any other kind of damages to others while it was driven by an unauthorized person.
Damages caused to the car by the wrong use of fuel.
Damages resulting from breach of the terms of the contract.
Damages caused by natural disasters or terrorist acts.
Damages caused during our car was on a ship.<
damages caused while the driver was under the influence of narcotics, drugs or alcohol.
Damages caused by the violation of the greek driving code

All vehicles are provided with 24 hours road assistance

A minimum age of 23 is reguired. The driver must have a driving license for at least one year.

The driver/s must hold his driving license and ID or passport in order to rent a car. Citizens from some non EU countriesmust have an international driving license.

In some cases reservations may need some prepayment in order to be confirmed. The prepayment must be completed 15 days before the day of the reservation.

Grace period for late delivery is 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the renter is charged with an extra day . Deliveries can made anywhere after agreement. No refund is given if the car is returned earlier.

In the event that the key is lost or destroyed during the rental period, the renter will be charged the amound that the individual car manufacturer or dealer will require.

If the vehicle is returned to its interior in a state that can not be cleaned with a simple cleaning (seats, roof, floor with stains, sand, hairs, etc.), the renter will be charged the amount of 50.00 €. In case of damage to the cars interior (eg burning), there will be a corresponding charge depending on the damage.

Our company delivers the vehicle in an excellent condition and with a quantity of fuel. The renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same quantity of fuel,or else he will be charged with the amount of fuel that is missing.

Crossing borders to another country is prohibited and not allowed. Transport of the car by ship is forbidden. Any damages made to the car during transportation out of Crete are not covered by any insurance.

All fines violations and penalties are fully charged to the renter. In the event tha the cars number plates are removed from any public auhtority the renter will be charged. In addition to the fine is also charged with the rental pays until the receiving of the plates by the authorities.
